Overview
As an Account Executive at Umbrella BPO, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Sales and Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Develop and present proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Strategic Planning

Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Project Management

Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Reporting and Analysis

Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Use CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales data.

Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Be able to adapt and adjust to what the business needs are.

Qualifications

Professional English fluency

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability to change

Bachelor’s Degree (Nice to have)
