Job Summary

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets. You will oversee paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, CRM strategy, and marketing analytics while managing internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue growth
Lead paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
Own SEO and content marketing strategy to drive organic growth
Oversee email marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Build and manage high-performing marketing teams (in-house and freelancers)
Manage marketing budgets and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI
Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
Establish brand positioning and messaging frameworks
Implement marketing automation and growth experiments
7+ years of digital marketing experience (with at least 3+ years in a leadership role)
Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns
Strong background in performance marketing and paid media optimization
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Experience in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or high-growth environments preferred
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
