About the Role
This is a full‑time job for a Regional Sales Manager in the USA market, open to Chinese Sales.

The Sales Manager takes the responsibility of driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, channel agent sales, analyzing American market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

More than 3‑year machinery equipment sales and rental experience for the USA market.

Very familiar with the American machinery equipment industry, if the air compressor industry is better.

Long‑distance business trip (to USA) is acceptable.

Identifying business opportunities

Creating proposals

Providing support during negotiations

Representing the company at trade shows or conferences

Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales life‑cycle

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development experience, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

3–5 year working experience in the machinery and equipment sales and channel expansion in the American market, especially works or worked in the air compressor industry.

Strong relationship management and communication skills for building and maintaining client connections.

Market analysis and strategic planning abilities to identify trends and new opportunities.

Proficiency in negotiation, closing deals, and preparing professional proposals.

Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve performance goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with excellent organizational skills.

Excellent oral and listening English ability
