Part-time | Remote | Women’s Fitness & Wellness Brand

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and trend‑aware Social Media & Marketing Intern to help grow our women’s fitness and wellness app across all major social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands social media — how reels go viral, how trends travel across industries, and why certain content converts while other content doesn’t.

You’ll collaborate with another intern, our marketing and social leads, and the founder. This is a hands‑on role where your ideas will directly shape growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do:
Content & Platform Management

Create content for

all major social platforms

(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.)

Build and develop reels with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs

Edit light to medium video content (use whatever tools you’re comfortable with — CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.) We need someone with video editing experience.

Design simple, on‑brand graphics for reels, stories, and posts

Post daily stories designed to increase engagement and conversions

Write clear, compelling captions based on brand voice

Trend, Competitor & Performance Analysis

Analyze why certain reels go viral or drive follower spikes

Identify patterns in high‑performing content across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and adjacent industries

Monitor competitor accounts and interpret what they’re doing well — and what they’re missing

Track weekly metrics and outline actionable insights to improve growth

Spot differentiators (tone, instruction style, visuals, message) and help communicate them

Community & Conversion Support

Engage daily with comments, DMs, story replies, and community messages

Help build social conversion funnels (story sequences, ManyChat or similar tools)

Assist with social‑driven traffic to live events, challenges, sales, and new programs

Support in drafting, planning, and scheduling email campaigns

Help with launch calendars, promotional content, and cross‑platform consistency

Brainstorm content themes with the marketing manager and founder

What We’re Looking For

Strong familiarity with

all

social platforms and how people actually use them

Ability to analyze

why

content performs — not just copy trends

Interest in women’s fitness, wellness, or health education

Reliable, organized, and willing to test new ideas

Clean writing skills and a natural feel for tone

Comfortable being creative, collaborative, and proactive

Bonus Skills (not required):

ManyChat or similar automation tools

Experience growing a personal or brand account

Basic email marketing experience

What You’ll Gain

Real‑world experience creating content that grows and converts

Insight into full‑funnel marketing for a fast‑growing wellness brand

Creative collaboration with the founder, marketing manager, and team

A portfolio of social campaigns, reels, and strategies you actually contributed to
