Job DescriptionTitle: Presentation Specialist

Location: remote (must be located in the US and work EST hours; no C2C)

Rate: up to $50/hr

Clutch is looking for a presentation specialist with agency experience for a client of ours.

This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography to ensure information is presented in an easy-to-understand format.

Key Responsibilities Include

Designing and formatting slide decks for pharmaceutical clients while adhering to brand consistency and compliance guidelines.
Translating complex data and scientific information into clear and impactful visual narratives, such as charts and infographics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, creative teams, and account managers, to ensure high-quality outputs and align with strategic business objectives.
Creating custom graphics, managing presentation assets, and ensuring all materials are accurate and error-free.
Working under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in presentation design and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Proficiency in presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex content, particularly in healthcare or science fields.
Experience working in a healthcare, pharma, or medical communications environment is often desired.
Familiarity with compliance and referencing in pharma materials (e.g., ABPI) is a plus.
