About the Job
We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team.

What You Will Do

Hands‑on management of paid media efforts across multiple digital media channels – including paid search, paid social, display and/or online video channels.

Management of keywords, bidding and budgeting, audience creation and segmentation.

Optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals for traffic, conversions and efficiency.

Perform campaign analysis and generate ideas for optimization and testing.

Monitor the effectiveness of landing pages, ad copy, keywords, audiences and creative assets through testing.

Troubleshoot performance issues and provide actionable solutions.

Develop reporting based on client’s performance KPIs and interpret trends into actionable insights.

Conduct digital media audits to proactively identify new opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations for client growth.

Stay abreast of the latest media best practices, strategies, news, and algorithm updates.

Maintain a relationship with vendors on behalf of the client and agency.

Work collaboratively across agency disciplines (strategy, analytics) and key stakeholders.

What You Should Have

4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, English, or other relevant discipline.

3+ years of hands‑on experience in media planning and buying.

Paid search and paid social experience required.

Ability to analyze data and find opportunities and insights.

Knowledge of Google Analytics with hands‑on experience.

Ability to work fast without compromising quality or accuracy.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Well‑organized with a strong attention to detail.

Possess a strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial spirit.

A “take charge” attitude that can wear many hats across multiple roles.

Working Conditions
You will be working with a computer, telephone, copier, or other office equipment as necessary for long stretches of time. There may be some occasional long, irregular hours. You will be expected to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism under stress.

Eligibility
All new employees must provide documented proof of their identity and employment authorization and pass a background screening process. No work Visa sponsorships available at this time.

Salary
The salary for this exempt-level position will be based on experience and qualifications within an established pay range.
