Creative Marketing Manager
who will own how HartSpan grows. This role is responsible for creative strategy, execution, and output across paid and owned channels, with a primary focus on driving performance through high‑volume, high‑quality creative.
Role Overview
As
Creative Marketing Manager , you will own creative strategy and production across Meta, TikTok, influencer marketing, and organic social. This is a highly hands‑on role combining creative direction, performance thinking, and project management.
You will be responsible for concept development through execution, including writing and briefing ads, sourcing and directing UGC, managing editors and designers, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, and iterating quickly based on performance data.
You will work closely with the founder and have direct ownership over how our product, messaging, and brand show up in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Own creative direction and messaging across paid social, organic social, lifecycle marketing, and landing pages.
Lead creative ideation for Meta ads with a strong focus on volume, testing velocity, and iteration.
Analyze performance data to identify winning angles, hooks, formats, and creative frameworks.
Identify messaging gaps and develop new concepts based on customer reviews, UGC, and audience research.
Maintain clear creative guidance and testing documentation to inform future production.
Creative Production + Management
Brief, manage, and provide clear feedback to editors, designers, and UGC creators.
Write high‑performing hooks, scripts, overlays, captions, and email copy aligned to performance goals.
Create mockups or layouts in Canva or Figma when needed to communicate creative direction.
Maintain a rolling content calendar across paid and owned channels.
Organize all creative production, testing, and feedback using clear project management systems.
Source, manage, and coordinate UGC creators, influencer gifting, and creator collaborations.
Support founder in creating content for ads, organic social, and brand storytelling.
AI + Systems
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and creative production without sacrificing quality.
Develop and refine AI workflows and prompts that improve creative output and speed.
Know when AI enhances creative quality and when human judgment is required.
Continuously improve creative systems, processes, and documentation to support scale.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or creative strategy, ideally at an agency and with CPG or DTC brands.
Proven ability to create or lead high‑performing Meta and TikTok ad creative.
Strong copywriting skills across ads, UGC scripts, email, and landing pages.
A sharp eye for creative strategy and an understanding of what drives conversion, not just aesthetics.
Experience managing editors, designers, creators, or freelancers.
High fluency with AI tools used in modern creative workflows.
Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Comfortable owning outcomes and working closely with founders in a lean team.
Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by building and owning a critical growth function.
