Marketing Automation Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing workflows for healthcare clients. You'll create sophisticated campaigns that nurture leads and increase patient conversions.
Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Create automated lead nurture sequences for different patient journeys
• Set up and manage CRM integrations and data flows
• Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies
• Create SMS and email automation for appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Build automated reporting and dashboards for clients
• Optimize automation workflows based on performance data
• Implement tracking pixels and conversion tracking across platforms
• Create forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms
• Train clients on marketing automation best practices
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all automated communications
Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing automation experience
• Proficiency in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar platforms
• Understanding of CRM systems and data management
• Experience with API integrations and webhooks
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Experience with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
• Understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
