Rival Digital is an award-winning digital marketing agency specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor marketing. We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms for our home service clients. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing, conversion optimization, and helping local businesses grow, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

Research and identify high-intent keywords and targeting strategies to generate qualified leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors.
Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead.
Implement conversion tracking, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to help clients understand campaign performance.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.
Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
Provide monthly performance reports to clients, translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements and skills

1-3 years of digital advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting or home services marketing.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads with a proven track record of running lead-generation campaigns.
Google Ads certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills—you love digging into the numbers to find ways to improve performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns for different clients while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—comfortable explaining campaign performance and strategy to clients.
Familiarity with home services industry trends is a plus.
