The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD)

isresponsible fordevelopinghigh quality, strategically grounded visual communications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. T

ransforming data and insights into breakthrough creative through a strongunderstanding of Market Access audiences—including payers, providers, health systems, and internal stakeholders,we simplify complexity.

We are looking for a confident designer who willmaintaina high bar for detail andexecution, andconsistently translate complex content with clarity and creativity.

MainDuties &Responsibilities
Creative Execution

Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Market Access initiatives (e.g., payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, unbranded/abovebrand campaigns)

Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables

Strategic Thinking

Apply knowledge of Market Access and Managed Markets audiences to creative decision making

Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategicobjectivesand stakeholder feedback

Proactively proposenew approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact

Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief

Incorporate medical/legal/regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently

Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability

Process & Ownership

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment

Prior experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer focused work preferred

Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of print and digital production processes

AI related skills and experience

Video editing/motion graphics skills are a plus

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
