About the Role
We’re looking for a creative & deeply strategic Instagram Personal Branding Strategist + Scriptwriter to join our agency. If you understand content psychology, IG virality, narrative structure, hooks, and short-form storytelling, and you can write scripts that stop thumbs in first few seconds, we want you. Note: This is a creative + strategy role for someone who can think, write, research, and build personal brands.

Responsibilities

Build monthly content strategies for client brands

Do market, trend, and competitor research

Write high-retention reel scripts

Ideate hooks, angles, content series, and storytelling formats

Collaborate with editors & clients for seamless execution

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in content strategy & short-form writing

Strong grasp of Instagram virality: hooks, structure, retention

Proven work with coaches, founders, or content creators

Bonus: If you’ve worked at an agency or handled multiple clients
