The Position
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team. The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating the visual expression of the brands we work with. They lead the design thinking across multiple projects and clients—developing brand systems, campaign concepts, digital experiences, and visual assets that are strategically aligned.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of brand and campaign assets across digital, social, video, and traditional platforms.

Translate strategic and creative direction into strong visual concepts, brand systems, and scalable design frameworks.

Develop visual toolkits, templates, and content systems that enable consistent and efficient brand execution.

Collaborate with Strategists, Copywriters, and Creatives to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and visual storytelling.

Guide the visual direction of video and social content, including storyboarding and art direction.

Guide and refine design outputs to maintain high standards of craft, clarity, and consistency across projects.

Embody nmbl’s principles — collaboration, curiosity, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or brand identity work.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion or prototyping tools are a plus).

Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and design systems.

Ability to think conceptually and translate strategy into compelling visual ideas.

Experience working across multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Confident presenting and explaining design decisions to internal teams.

Experience developing scalable visual systems and preparing assets for digital and social platforms.

A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and digital work.

Conditions:

Working Hours: Initially aligned to USA overlap hours (approx. 12—9pm CET). As the team and operating model mature, we will work towards more flexibility.

Travel Budget: €2,000 annual travel budget.

Annual Retreat: Company-wide annual retreat to connect, collaborate, and spend time together.

Location: Remote-first (optional office access in Malta).

Salary Range: €40k+ annually (depending on experience).
