Our client is a

performance-driven digital marketing agency

specializing in

paid advertising, funnel optimization, and CRM integration

for online coaches, service providers, and course creators.

You'll be joining a small but highly skilled team of marketers, copywriters, and creatives, where your work will directly impact client growth and campaign success.

About the Role
We’re looking for a

Meta Ads Media Buyer

who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, execute top-tier campaign strategies, and contribute directly to client growth.

You'll oversee ad campaign performance across several brands, coordinate with the creative and funnel teams, and handle everything from campaign launches to attribution management.

This role includes a 6-month structured training period, after which you’ll gain full autonomy over client accounts and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track campaign performance across

5+ active ad accounts .

Launch and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.

Collaborate with copywriters, editors, funnel builders, and other team members to coordinate campaign execution.

Conduct

daily account reviews and performance sweeps

to ensure healthy metrics and strong ROAS.

Contribute to campaign strategy and creative direction.

Write ad scripts and assist with messaging when needed.

Set up and manage

attribution tools

(Hyros, Conversion API, etc.) to ensure accurate data tracking.

Support funnel tracking and integration efforts across multiple clients.

Expectations / Who You Are

3+ years

of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

2+ years

of experience writing or editing ad copy.

Proven track record managing

5+ ad accounts

and

6-figure monthly ad spend .

Experience working with

B2B, info product, or coaching businesses .

Strong understanding of

Hyros

and other attribution/tracking platforms.

Funnel-building or CRO experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent

project management and client communication

skills.

Comfortable taking

3+ client meetings per week

and reporting on results.

Fluent, native-level English

(spoken and written).

Based in

LatAm or Europe , available to work

EST hours .

Base pay:

$4,000/month

Performance bonuses

starting after 90 days
