Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for channel development and deep experience in the lighting industry?
We’re seeking a
Director of Agency Sales
to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our national footprint through our agency and distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across North America.
Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners and distribution networks.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align messaging and delivery.
Analyze sales data, forecast growth, and report KPIs to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of proven success in channel sales, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
Deep understanding of commercial and industrial lighting products and markets.
Strong network of rep agencies and distribution partners.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
