Job Summary

The Senior Specialist, Social Media will manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The role requires meticulous campaign management, adherence to best practices, and data-driven optimization to align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize paid social strategies across multiple client accounts
Ensure campaign setup accuracy and adherence to QA processes
Analyze data, extract insights, and prepare reports (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
Lead status documents and proactively manage campaign communication
Present campaign performance on client calls with team support
Manage and pace budgets effectively to align with client objectives
Stay informed of new social media marketing techniques and innovate
Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of campaign setup, ad sets, and ads within management platforms
Experience with Facebook Ads Library
Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Relevant certifications required (e.g., Meta Blueprint)
Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
$60,000–$70,000 annual salary
