In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with key enterprise accounts across targeted vertical markets. You will leverage consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities, navigate complex organizational structures, and close high-value deals. Your focus will include both new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts, collaborating closely with marketing and business development teams to execute targeted campaigns. This position requires a motivated, self-driven professional with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can deliver measurable impact on revenue growth.
Accountabilities
Develop a deep understanding of target buyers, market trends, products, and competitors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline
Build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts
Execute consultative, solution-based selling strategies to close deals exceeding $100,000 in annual value
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive account-focused campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas
Accurately forecast sales performance and manage account activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
8+ years of sales experience with SaaS or enterprise software
5+ years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts
Proficiency in consultative/solution selling methodologies
Strong skills in prospecting, account blueprinting, and cold calling
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
Bonus qualifications:
Proven track record as a "hunter" in large US enterprises
Experience growing revenue within existing accounts
Familiarity with MEDDICC methodology
Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving abilities
Experience with Salesforce CRM
