Role Overview
You will own Genie's most valuable retailer relationships, lead a team of Account Managers, and be directly accountable for the gross profit performance of the Managed portfolio. Your role will entail:

Key Responsibilities
Own the gross profit performance of the Managed portfolio, with targets for growth and retention.
Drive GP improvements through exclusive partnerships and disciplined commercial negotiation.
Lead commercial escalations within the affiliate channel.
Own and enforce affiliate governance standards.
Set and drive long-term strategies to grow value across accounts.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client stakeholders.
Skills & Attributes
Commercially sharp and focused on profitability.
A strong negotiator who can manage client relationships effectively.
Clear communicator with the ability to adapt style as needed.
Experience in building credibility with clients.
A builder who thrives on creating frameworks and processes.
Operationally disciplined with strong follow-through.
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Proven track record at Account Director level or equivalent.
Experience managing high-value client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
Background in performance marketing with exposure to affiliate models.
Experience leading and developing a team of account managers.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercially at a senior level.
Exposure to affiliate channel governance is an advantage.
