Responsibilities

Website Content Management: regularly update and maintain website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Content Creation & Updates: edit and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.

Image Editing: enhance and optimize images for digital use using Adobe Photoshop; collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated content, ensuring timely updates and accurate localization across all digital platforms.

Event Support: assist regional commercial teams with the planning and execution of industry events, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials.

Video Editing: edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years’ experience.

Attention to detail, collaboration and teamwork, communication skills, time management and prioritization, adaptability, problem solving, and creativity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
