A leading financial solutions company is searching for a talented

Lead React Native Engineer

to spearhead mobile and web development initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on high-scale financial platforms. Your Role

Architect and build robust, scalable applications using

React Native (Expo)

and

React .
Develop and maintain a reusable component library and design system for consistent UX across platforms.
Guide frontend best practices, establish code quality standards, and mentor a team of 3–5 engineers.
Collaborate closely with backend teams and product stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality features.
Contribute to backend services (Node.js) as needed to support full-stack solutions.
Stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and incorporate innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For

6+ years of software development experience, including production-level React Native and React work.
Mastery of

TypeScript

and deep understanding of component-based architecture.
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives across teams.
Strong background in

system design

and scalable frontend architectures.
Familiarity with backend technologies, especially

Node.js .
Understanding of compliance and security in application development.
