We are seeking an exceptional

Amazon Creative Director

to join our high-performing team and own the end-to-end creative engine for our clients. In this role, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to our clients' brands, overseeing every aspect of creative execution—from the initial brief to the final "scroll-stopping" approval. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you aren't just managing projects; you are driving market-leading strategies for Main Images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Storefronts. You will lead a talented team of designers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every asset we deliver is visually competitive, strategically superior, and premium in quality. Responsibilities

Own the creative strategy for client accounts and ensure all deliverables align with brand goals and growth objectives

Analyze client intake forms, products, competitors, customer reviews, and brand guidelines to build high-converting creative strategies

Extract customer pain points, product benefits, and market opportunities to create compelling creative directions

Develop clear briefs for Main Images, Secondary Images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront projects

Provide strategic direction, mood boards, and creative guidance to designers while allowing room for innovation and creativity

Present briefs internally or directly to clients, gather feedback, and refine concepts when needed

Manage project flow inside ClickUp, ensuring tasks move efficiently through statuses and deadlines are met

Ensure designers are assigned correctly and timelines are clear for every project

Meet with clients when needed to address concerns, align expectations, and rebuild confidence in the creative process

Review all creative assets before delivery to ensure strategic alignment, premium visual quality, and strong messaging

Lead revisions related to copy, structure, layout, storytelling, and conversion performance

Approve final designs and ensure all assets meet internal quality standards before submission

Continuously improve creative quality, workflows, and efficiency across the department

Monitor competitor creatives and Amazon market trends to ensure clients stay ahead of the competition

Collaborate with Account Managers, PPC Strategists, Designers, and Leadership to maximize client success

Provide top-quality service (5/5) to maintain high standards in client satisfaction

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, or Design Leadership roles

Mandatory: Strong Amazon marketplace experience (creative, listings, branding, or e-commerce growth)

Strong understanding of Amazon creative assets including Main Images, Secondary Images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefronts

Proven experience leading designers or managing creative workflows across multiple projects simultaneously

Experience reviewing competitor landscapes and building creatives that outperform market standards

Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations

Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms

English skills: at least B2 to communicate with clients and internal teams comfortably

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 9am - 2pm EST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
