MyGymDesk is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that helps fitness businesses across India—gyms, Pilates studios, yoga centers, CrossFit boxes, dance and martial arts schools—run their entire operations on a single, AI-powered platform. We launched commercially in March 2026 and are rapidly growing our pipeline.
We're hiring our first dedicated Account Manager to own the customer journey from trial signup to long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
Trial Conversion & Inside Sales (~50%)
Engage promptly with trial users via call, WhatsApp, and email
Run product demos over video calls for fitness business owners
Understand prospect needs and recommend the right plan
Handle pricing conversations, share quotes, and close deals
Maintain accurate pipeline data and report weekly conversion metrics
Client Onboarding (~25%)
Conduct kickoff calls with new customers within 24 hours of signup
Walk customers through product setup and configuration
Ensure first-week activation milestones are met
Coordinate with internal teams for any custom setup requirements
Initial Support & Relationship Management (~25%)
Be the first point of contact for customer queries in the early weeks
Triage queries, resolve directly or route to the right team
Run 30/60/90‑day check-ins to ensure customer health
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Capture product feedback and customer success stories
Must‑Have Skills
24 years in B2B Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success (SaaS preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus)
Comfortable with 30–50 outbound calls a day and live product demos
End‑to‑end sales cycle experience with SMB customers
Strong organizational skills able to manage 50+ active accounts at once
Tech‑savvy with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business
