Lead Content Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Content Designer to shape product experiences and lead content strategy in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead content strategy for major product areas, focusing on user-centered content decisions
Design conversation flows and frameworks for AI-powered chatbot and virtual assistant experiences
Mentor team members and lead cross-functional workshops to improve product design and communication
Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline
Experience in conversation design and digital health or wellness preferred
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools
Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma) and Agile/Scrum workflows
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
