Actuarial Modeling Leadership: Lead the development, automation, and documentation of all actuarial models to support valuation and reporting.
Strategic ALM & Hedging: Design and implement tools/analytics to support complex Asset Liability Management and hedging strategies.
Reinsurance Partnership: Collaborate with the Pricing Actuary on deal structure/design and with the corporate Actuary to oversee the model life cycle and source of earnings analysis.
Model Risk Governance: Serve as the primary model owner, ensuring robust validation, risk management, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Executive Advisory: Liaise with global stakeholders in Investments, Risk, Accounting, and Legal. Prepare and present high-level analytics for Board-level committee meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with strong management skills
Extensive hands‑on expertise in modeling
Specialized knowledge in some of these: ALM, Financial Reporting, Reinsurance, Hedging, or Capital Management.
Proven ability to translate highly technical actuarial data into actionable insights for non-technical senior executives.
Experience with EBS and Capital Solvency Return reporting an asset
Strong project management skills with a desire to mentor and cultivate a high-performing technical team.
