Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives for both Lalani Ventures and Underground Atlanta. This individual must possess strong marketing literacy across the various industries in which Lalani Ventures operates, along with a deep understanding of Underground Atlanta’s evolving identity, events, entertainment programming, retail activity, and leasing initiatives.

This role requires a highly organized and creative individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across digital, print, and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Strategy
Develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all platforms
Ensure consistency across all visual, digital, and physical brand touchpoints
Build long-term content strategies and marketing calendars

Digital Content Management
Development progress updates
News accolades and earned media placements
Neighborhood connectivity and community engagement pieces
Announcements and new releases
Capture photo and video content
Create digital marketing assets and branded content
Write short-form and long-form copy
Manage social engagement by responding to comments and interacting with network connections

Social Media Management
Coordinate with Underground Atlanta’s social media execution, curation, and strategy
Produce additional graphic and promotional content for Underground Atlanta campaigns
Gather content during events, activations, and key property moments
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels
Develop campaigns promoting events, openings, leasing activity, and major initiatives

Website Management
Maintain and update website content, photos, and information
Coordinate outsourced development and third-party website edits
Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and developers
Provide clear project expectations, assets, templates, and copy
Write and edit website copy
Manage SEO strategy and monitor performance analytic
Build relationships with local and international industry publications
Identify networking opportunities, conferences, and outreach initiatives
Represent the company at events to strengthen partnerships and brand awareness

Advertising, PR & Communications
Develop public relations and communications strategies
Conduct outreach and maintain relationships with local and international media publications
Create digital and print marketing assets
Manage copywriting across campaigns, press materials, social media, print, and online platforms

Analytics & Reporting
Track and report marketing performance across platforms, including:
Website traffic
Engagement metrics
ROI analysis
Use analytics and performance data to improve strategy and execution

Qualifications
Strong understanding of branding, social media, content strategy, and digital marketing
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design platforms
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable attending events and capturing live content
Knowledge of Atlanta culture, media, and development landscape preferred
