Required Qualifications for Interview

Have actively closed multiple contracts including in 2024 (~$1–2.5M+ size range, avg >$10M per year) on deal sheets.

Highly money‑motivated, aggressive BD hunters doing a lot of proactive searches/calling activities.

Currently in successful BD roles but open to a stronger incentive earning opportunity with creative bonuses and commissions structure in addition to base salary (flexible for US East & West Coast standard).
