The Role:
Own sales strategy and execution. Build sales processes, manage team, and drive revenue growth as we scale 3x and expand to European markets.

What You'll Do:

Lead sales team (5+ people) to hit revenue targets

Build & optimize sales processes (lead to close)

Work with marketing on lead quality & conversion

Support international expansion (Europe sales strategy)

Close high-value deals personally

Report to CEO on sales performance & strategy

Requirements:

3+ years sales management experience

B2C or EdTech sales background

Proven track record hitting/exceeding targets

Experience building sales processes & training teams

CRM expert (HubSpot preferred)

Data-driven approach (metrics, funnels, optimization)

Fluent English (international clients)

Comfortable with remote team management

Nice to Have:

EdTech or education sales experience

High-ticket B2C sales ($2K-$10K products)

Experience scaling sales teams

Understanding of career/recruitment industry
