We're building the next-generation rewarded gaming platform — casual games fused with an AI-driven coin economy and rewarded ad monetization.
This is a 0-1 build with real P&L ownership, not roadmap management. You'll ship fast, own the numbers, and shape a product that already reaches 40M+ users in the US.
What you'll own:
Virtual Economy Design — Architect the coin/token economy end-to-end: earn loops, spend sinks, inflationary controls, and rewarded‑ad triggers that keep players engaged without killing LTV.
Monetization & Revenue — Own the full P&L. Set ad pricing strategy, experiment with AI/ML-driven dynamic pricing, and hit aggressive revenue targets.
Product‑Led Growth — Drive activation, retention, and re‑engagement across 40M+ users through gameplay loops, rewards calibration, and smart notifications.
0-1 Roadmap — Define and ruthlessly prioritize the product roadmap from first playable through scaled operations. Ship weekly, learn daily.
SDK & Platform — Work with engineering to evolve the mobile SDK for game developers and ad partners, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Cross‑functional Leadership — Partner with game design, data science, ad‑tech, and business teams across InMobi and Glance to align on outcomes, not just output.
What you bring:
6–8+ years in Product Management, with meaningful time in gaming, consumer tech, or ad‑tech.
Virtual economy or rewarded loop experience — you've designed token systems, gacha mechanics, battle‑pass economies, or equivalent reward structures and can speak fluently about sinks, faucets, and inflation curves.
AI/ML fluency — you've shipped features involving dynamic pricing, recommendation engines, or ML‑driven personalization. You can collaborate deeply with data scientists.
Mobile SDK & ad monetization knowledge — you understand waterfall vs. bidding, ad mediation, ROAS, and eCPM optimization in the mobile ecosystem.
Builder mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, operate with a strong bias for action, and have a track record of shipping fast in resource‑constrained, high‑autonomy environments.
Analytical rigor — you're deeply comfortable with data, can build your own analyses, and tie product decisions to revenue and engagement KPIs.
Bonus Points:
Experience in casual/hyper‑casual gaming studios (e.g., Zynga, Voodoo, Playtika, Scopely).
Hands‑on work with rewarded video, offerwall, or playable ad formats.
Previous 0-1 or early‑stage product launches with P&L accountability.
Familiarity with Glance to better understand our benefits, values, and more.
