As they enter the next phase of growth, they are strengthening their leadership layer within biddable media to support expanding client demand and elevate strategic rigor across accounts.
The Senior Manager, Biddable Media will serve as a strategic and operational leader within the agency’s biddable media practice. This role is designed to bridge day-to-day execution excellence with forward-looking media strategy, client advisory, and internal team leadership. This is not a pure project management role. We are seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented media leader who can think ahead, simplify complexity, and confidently guide both clients and internal teams toward smarter investment decisions. Over time, this position is expected to evolve into a senior leadership role within the agency’s media organization.
This is a contract-to-hire role, open to 1099 or LLC-based engagement, with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Leadership

Lead biddable media strategy across search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
Develop forward-looking media roadmaps that anticipate client needs months and years ahead.
Translate business objectives into actionable media investment strategies.
Guide budget planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling with speed and confidence.
Elevate strategic thinking across the biddable media team.
Client Advisory & Communication

Serve as a senior client-facing media strategist on key accounts.
Deliver clear, concise, executive-ready communication — simplifying complex data into decisive recommendations.
Lead media investment discussions, budget reallocation exercises, and performance optimization conversations.
Present confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Operational Excellence

Oversee execution quality across biddable campaigns while empowering and supporting team-level specialists to manage day-to-day activation.
Identify process improvements that increase speed, consistency, and accountability.
Ensure timely delivery of analyses, budget recommendations, and performance reporting.
Partner with account leadership to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Team Development

Mentor and support media specialists and managers.
Establish best practices, training standards, and performance expectations.
Contribute to hiring and talent development within the media function.

Strong internal and external trust in biddable media leadership.
Required Experience & Skills

7+ years in biddable media leadership roles within agencies or in-house performance marketing teams.
Deep hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and performance analytics.
Proven experience leading media strategy, budget planning, and performance optimization at scale.
Prior experience managing or mentoring media teams.
