Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Content Designer who can balance storytelling, UX writing, and marketing content creation in a cross‑functional, highly collaborative environment. You will partner with marketing stakeholders and visual designers to craft benefit‑driven storytelling that helps customers and prospects make confident decisions. Collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers, valuing diverse insights.

Job Requirements

Transform complex financial concepts into conversational, approachable language.

Design and deliver content for web experiences, landing pages, emails, in‑product messages, microcopy, and other marketing deliverables.

Guide partners on QuickBooks voice and tone system through examples, training, and content reviews.

Contribute constructively to design reviews, offering feedback and soliciting input to improve customer experiences.

Develop and defend a strong point of view based on expertise, customer data, and industry insights.

Explore multiple creative approaches, narrowing down to the best options through experimentation and research.

Manage multiple projects at once, communicating clearly to set expectations and meet deadlines.

Must Have Skills

5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, UX writing, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a relevant discipline (Master's preferred but not required).

Strong storytelling and design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates craft and collaborative process.

Knowledge of design principles and methods, with the ability to apply them to content experiences.

Industry Experience

Experience bridging marketing storytelling (campaigns, landing pages, emails) with product content design/UX writing (in‑product messages).
