About The Role
We're seeking a self‑starter who loves building capabilities that accelerate marketing‑driven pipeline and revenue growth for rapidly growing early‑stage companies. You will lead cross‑functional campaign planning and delivery as an individual contributor, managing multiple channels and ensuring detail‑oriented execution. What You’ll Do
Demand Generation Strategy

Design and implement an end‑to‑end demand generation strategy that directly and demonstrably delivers on business goals and objectives

Leverage and integrate multi‑channel tactics including email, paid media, content marketing, social, webinars, and events to drive maximum engagement and conversion

Develop buyer personas and craft simple, disruptive messaging that resonates throughout the buyer journey

Collaborate with sales, partner team and leadership to align campaigns with go‑to‑market strategies

Refine strategies based on data‑driven insights, ensuring consistent optimization of resources and ROI

Campaign Management & Execution

Define, monitor, and manage critical metrics that ensure we exceed our committed pipeline and revenue goals

Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize increasingly personalized campaigns and workflows across all digital channels

Partner with creative team to produce bold, on‑brand messaging and assets that highlight Paytient in a fragmented marketplace

Implement A/B testing frameworks and make real‑time adjustments to continually improve lead quality and ROI

Identify and apply AI and advanced automation tools to improve productivity and campaign performance

Resource & Budget Management

Manage the demand generation budget, focusing on growth, efficiency and creativity to maximize impact with limited resources

Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers or agencies to extend capacity as business needs dictate

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of progressive B2B marketing with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through demand generation and digital marketing, ideally in a high‑growth startup environment

Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS or benefits is a plus

Ability to think big‑picture (strategy, market, positioning) while also being a hands‑on builder and optimizer of campaigns that deliver measurable results

A talent for creating powerful, audience‑focused messaging that turns complexity into clarity and compels action

Strong and innate analytical mindset, challenging and using insights to drive better results

Agility, resourcefulness and comfort working in a fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environment

Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, digital advertising tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and working with AI to accelerate time‑to‑market
