Senior National Sales Manager - MedSpa & Strategic Accounts

What You Will Do
Dermalogica is seeking a high‑impact, entrepreneurial Senior National Sales Manager – MedSpa & Strategic Accounts to accelerate growth within the medical spa channel.

This role will lead a team of 3 Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on new MedSpa acquisition, while personally owning the strategy and execution for national and regional MedSpa chains. The ideal candidate is both a player and a coach: someone who can build strategy, open doors at scale, and elevate team performance to exceed aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. MedSpa Channel Growth Strategy

Define and execute a national MedSpa expansion strategy to drive new account acquisition and revenue growth

Identify opportunities across independent MedSpas, regional groups, and enterprise chains

Develop scalable approaches to penetrate priority markets

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Business Development Managers

Establish KPIs, activity metrics, and accountability frameworks

Drive a high‑performance culture focused on new account openings and revenue delivery

Conduct field rides and performance reviews

3. Strategic & Chain Account Development

Own relationships with national and regional MedSpa chains

Negotiate and secure enterprise‑level partnerships

Develop customized sell‑in strategies and programs

Identify co‑branding opportunities

4. New Business Development

Prospect, pitch, and close high‑value MedSpa opportunities

Build and manage a strong pipeline

Partner with marketing and education teams

5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teams

Support product launches and MedSpa‑specific programs

6. Performance Management & Analytics

Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

Analyze sales performance and market trends

Translate insights into actionable plans

7. Industry Leadership

Represent Dermalogica at industry events and conferences

Build strong brand presence within the MedSpa community

What You Will Bring

7+ years in sales: MedSpa, aesthetics, or skincare industry required

Experience in new business development and account management

Experience leading sales teams

Existing relationships with MedSpa chains preferred

Understanding of advanced treatments and retail dynamics

Ability to close complex deals

Travel requirements up to 60%

Ideal residency in Chicago Metro or Dallas/Houston, TX
