The Role
As Paid Media Lead, you will own a portfolio of around six B2B clients. You own the relationship, the strategy, and the delivery. You won’t just launch campaigns; you’ll be expected to understand the client’s business, pipeline, and ICP, and translate that into effective paid strategies that drive real pipeline. You’ll work closely with:

founders and CMOs on the client side

our internal paid media team for support and collaboration

our outbound and GTM teams to align paid with the broader go-to-market

Responsibilities

Own paid media strategy and delivery for your portfolio of clients

Be the main point of contact for your clients: strategy, reporting, communication

Design B2B-focused paid strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals

Build and manage campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn Ads

Define targeting, messaging angles, and funnel structures

Report on performance and connect paid media to pipeline outcomes

Collaborate with the paid media team and contribute to improving internal processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads (non-negotiable)

Experience running paid campaigns in B2B contexts (SaaS, tech, agencies)

Understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipelines, and buying groups

Ability to think beyond “leads” and focus on revenue and pipeline outcomes

Comfortable being client-facing and owning the relationship end-to-end

Autonomous and able to take full ownership

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Bonus Points

Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads

Agency experience managing multiple B2B client accounts

Experience building ABM-style paid strategies

Background working closely with sales teams

Experience connecting paid media to CRM data
