The
Substack Content Creator
is the voice of the organization’s digital community. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives, sharing organizational updates, and managing a recurring newsletter that keeps donors, volunteers, and partners engaged. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of the Substack publication, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
Responsibilities
Editorial Planning:
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and format 2–4 high-quality posts per month (articles, interviews, or news updates).
Newsletter Management:
Curate and send periodic email newsletters to the subscriber list.
Audience Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments; implement strategies to grow the subscriber base.
Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like open rates and click-through rates to improve content strategy.
