national live-event production company and an in-house audiovisual provider

in hotels, resorts, and convention centers. We help corporations, agencies, and meeting planners deliver exceptional meetings, conferences, and brand experiences.

Due to

record growth and the continued success of ON’s national partnerships , we’re expanding our team and adding a

Director, National Sales – Corporate .

This is a high-impact role for a

consultative, relationship-driven rainmaker

who thrives in the

live events and AV production industry

and loves building trusted, long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business with

enterprise-level corporate clients , creating strategic partnerships that fuel growth.

Build a robust pipeline, meet revenue goals, and contribute to a culture of high performance and accountability.

Partner closely with ON’s

Creative, Bid, and Production teams

to develop innovative, creative proposals and deliver seamless event execution.

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on go-to-market strategies, presentations, and brand storytelling.

Monitor client trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity to help guide corporate sales strategy.

Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast results, and share market insights with the SVP of Sales and leadership team.

Who You Are

5+ years of national live sales experience

in the

live event or hospitality industries.

Proven track record of

building corporate partnerships, exceeding revenue goals,

and creating measurable business growth.

Consultative, relationship-based seller — strategic, creative, and comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Active

and/or

engaged in industry organizations such as

MPI, PCMA, CEMA, or SITE

Confident communicator and presenter with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Tech- and data-savvy; proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; travel up to

60% nationally.

Base Salary:

$90,000–$130,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Incentives:

Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Travel:

Up to 60% nationwide travel to client sites, events, and industry conferences
