Job Summary
We are hiring a

Senior Account Executive

to drive full-cycle B2B sales for fast-growing international companies. This is a high-performance role suited for experienced closers who thrive in outbound environments, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of qualified leads, run discovery calls, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for professionals with strong SaaS, tech, or B2B sales backgrounds who are confident engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close in a B2B environment

Conduct high-level discovery calls to uncover client pain points and business needs

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored sales presentations

Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and lead follow-up

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently

Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell or expansion opportunities

Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or high-ticket services

Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas

Strong experience managing full-cycle sales processes

Confident selling to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives

Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)

Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills

Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach

Experience working remotely with international teams is highly preferred

Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred:

Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or subscription-based businesses

Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia)

Familiarity with complex sales cycles and mid-to-high ticket deals

Fully remote Account Executive job with international clients
