Data Operations Associate | $75/hr Remote

Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives.
Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance.

Requirements

Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.
