The Role
As

Marketing Director , you’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving the company’s brand strategy, demand generation, and market positioning. You’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy across the US and international markets, building awareness, driving qualified leads, and accelerating growth through digital and traditional channels.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, and Commercial teams to align marketing with strategic business goals and ensure the company continues to lead the conversation around sustainable water technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy : Own the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business growth objectives and brand vision.
Brand Leadership : Elevate brand positioning through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, storytelling, and media presence within the water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Demand Generation : Lead digital marketing, SEO, email, content, and performance campaigns to drive pipeline growth and conversion across core markets including the US, Europe, and Australasia.
Go-to-Market Strategy : Partner with Product and Commercial teams to plan and execute product launches, regional campaigns, and vertical-specific outreach.
Partnership & Channel Marketing : Support indirect sales partners, resellers, and distributors with co-branded campaigns, lead-gen tools, and market-specific assets.
Customer Engagement : Develop engaging customer journeys and lifecycle programs that improve retention, upsell, and overall customer experience.
Analytics & ROI : Define and track marketing KPIs, reporting on campaign performance and market intelligence to the executive team.
Team Building : Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team, while also managing external vendors and agency partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within water technology, environmental innovation, infrastructure, or industrial B2B sectors.
Proven success in building and executing global marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and brand impact.
Strong experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
Experience working in matrixed or multinational organizations, with a global mindset and regional adaptability.
A passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a real-world impact.
This is a

remote

position, open to candidates based in the

United States , with occasional international travel based on business needs.
