As a leader in the digital landscape, we are seeking a strategic Account Manager who combines paid search expertise with exceptional client relationship management.

Position Summary
The Manager - Search Strategy is a strategic advisor and growth partner for assigned clients, responsible for designing multi-channel growth strategies with a primary focus on paid search. This role leverages our Global Resource Team (GRT) for execution, our technology stack (AdPulse, Prism, Monday.com, Team AI) for insights, and cross-functional expertise to deliver business-driving recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Partnership

Serve as primary strategic advisor for assigned client portfolio (5-8 accounts)

Translate client business objectives into comprehensive growth strategies across search and complementary channels

Understand client business models, challenges, competitive landscape, and market dynamics

Proactively identify growth opportunities through strategic analysis

Lead monthly strategy calls and quarterly business reviews focused on business outcomes

Position yourself as a trusted business advisor and an indispensable growth partner

Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships

Strategy Development & Cross-Channel Thinking

Design paid search strategies that integrate with the broader marketing funnel

Think in terms of customer journey and business outcomes (CAC, LTV, revenue), not just campaign metrics

Understand how search interacts with social, SEO, creative, and other channels

Provide strategic recommendations on channel allocation and budget optimization

Leverage competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategy

Be comfortable discussing and advising on channels beyond search when it serves client goals

Transform performance data into actionable business recommendations

Global Resource Team Management & Delegation

Effectively delegate campaign builds, optimizations, reporting, and execution to GRT

(this is critical)

Provide clear strategic direction to offshore execution teams: define objectives, audiences, goals

Review GRT work for strategic alignment and quality (not task completion)

Build strong working relationships with GRT specialists across time zones

Communicate feedback constructively and develop offshore team capabilities

Trust the execution team to execute; focus your time on strategy

Manage through the GRT, not doing their work

Use

for campaign analysis and recommendations

for cross-channel insights and reporting

Use

Monday.com

to manage tasks and workflows with GRT

Use

Team AI

to generate insights, draft recommendations, analyze data faster

Leverage AI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities

Create compelling client presentations focused on "so what" and "what next"

Avoid data dumps; deliver insights that drive decisions

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Lead client strategy calls and quarterly business reviews with confidence

Communicate complex concepts in clear, business-focused language

Proactively address concerns and manage client expectations

Document all client interactions in HubSpot/CRM

Maintain comprehensive client records and organized workflows

Qualifications
Required Experience

2-5 years in paid search with demonstrated strategic thinking ability

Experience managing accounts in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Proven track record of driving client growth through strategic recommendations

Experience managing client relationships at a strategic level

Demonstrated ability to delegate work and manage through others (offshore experience strongly preferred)

Comfortable working across multiple channels and understanding full-funnel marketing

Technical Skills

Proficiency required:

AdPulse, Prism, Monday.com, Team AI (training provided)

Understanding of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) at a strategic level

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights

Experience with AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies

Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
