What You Will Do
Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first conversation through close (incl. prospecting, discovery, solution design, demo, ROI modeling, executive justification, negotiation, and close).
Build and nurture relationships within our customer base to ensure their success, manage the relationship, andidentify and sell additional solutions to transform their operations.
Develop deep expertise in outpatient imaging workflows, and demo Royal’s SaaS platform with confidence and credibility
Build and present ROI models, proformas, and executive-level business cases
Engage clinical, operational, revenue cycle, technical, and C-suite stakeholders through a ‘multi-threaded’ sales approach
Hunt new opportunities while expanding existing relationships, and build both your personal brand and the Royal brand in our dynamic industry
Influence deal strategy and positioning based on buyer needs and competitive context
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, delivery, and leadership
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Consistently meet or exceed booking and revenue targets
What We Are Looking For (Profile & DNA)

The ideal candidate brings:
Ideally 3–6 years of total professional experience, with 2–4 years carrying a quota
Experience in healthcare SaaS, vertical SaaS, or workflow-driven technology environments.
Experience in outpatient radiology is a huge plus
Evidence of taking on responsibility ahead of title (owning demos, discovery, or business cases)
Hands‑on with modern sales tools, including AI‑driven platforms.
A track record of being a top performer relative to peers
Proven track record of enterprise/solution sales, using specific sales methodologies, multi‑threading, building champions, and buildingsuccessful managed account plans throughout their sales cycles.
Demonstrated self‑teaching behavior and intellectual curiosity

Compensation Philosophy
This role is designed for sellers motivated by
earning into upside
as their skill, responsibility, and impact grows.
Target Compensation based on experience and prior results:
Base: $85K – $105K
OTE uncapped: $160K – $190K
Mix: 50/50
