Are you passionate about building community around a brand and connecting people with nature?

Fjällräven, a leading outdoor brand dedicated to sustainability, functionality, and timeless design, is looking for a Brand Community Manager to nurture and strengthen our partnerships in North America.

Based in our

Louisville, Colorado

headquarters, you’ll own the relationships that bring our brand to life by leading our ambassador program, overseeing influencer marketing, and managing key corporate partnerships. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Communications & Community, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate marketing strategy into meaningful, community‑driven activations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Community Engagement and Growth:

Build and nurture brand relationships that encourage meaningful connections and authentic storytelling.

Translate Marketing Campaigns:

Contribute to campaign planning and reporting in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Communications & Community, Social Media Manager, and cross‑functional teams (marketing, ecom, retail) to develop and execute community plans that align with business goals.

Ambassador Management:

Lead Fjällräven’s ambassador program from strategy to day‑to‑day management, including contracts, content ideation and execution, facilitating event appearances, and tracking ambassador impact.

Influencer Management:

Manage influencer strategy to build cultural relevance and engage with creators to bring Fjällräven products and initiatives to life through paid and affiliate opportunities.

Corporate Partnerships:

Manage and deepen corporate partnerships that align with Fjällräven’s values to support the brand’s positioning, storytelling, and community with engaging activations and programs.

WHO YOU ARE

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of training and experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.

At least 3‑5 years of experience in community management.

Track record of managing partners or ambassadors (athletes, influencers, etc.) end‑to‑end, including contracts, relationship development, activation and storytelling planning, and performance tracking.

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing with the ability to identify opportunities that drive conversion while maintaining authentic, community‑first storytelling.

Experience briefing or guiding content for external partners that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive and empathetic approach to engaging with a diverse audience.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to represent the brand in our communities locally, regionally, and globally.

A deep passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the outdoor, lifestyle, or sustainability space.
