is hiring a Senior Associate, Product Designer to join its Fund and Investor Solutions team in New York, NY. The role focuses on designing consumer‑facing banking products with a user‑centered approach, driving impactful experiences, and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

User‑Centered Design – Lead with a user‑first approach, ensuring all design choices address user needs, behaviors, and insights from research.

Journey Mapping – Map and analyze end‑to‑end user journeys across customers, operations, servicing teams and systems to identify pain points, key moments, and opportunities for improvement.

Interaction and UI Design – Design complex web interfaces and workflows, create visually engaging products, and employ animation and micro‑interactions to guide users.

Proficiency in Design Tools – Advanced use of Figma and Miro to produce high‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes and mockups that communicate interaction models and UI specifications.

Design System Knowledge – Contribute to a global design system ensuring visual consistency and reusable components across interfaces.

Complex Systems Knowledge – Distill intricate requirements into clear design solutions that facilitate user understanding and interaction.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical constraints.

Effective Communication and Storytelling – Articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders, engaging them in the product vision.

Qualifications

A portfolio demonstrating the above expertise, provided as a Figma link, PDF or personal site.

Typical experience of 3–8 years or equivalent expertise demonstrated through portfolio and impact.

Proficiency with Figma and Miro, and experience contributing to design systems.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $58,000–$124,000 per year, commensurate with experience and market. Total compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, incentives and company‑sponsored benefits. This position is at‑will; compensation may be modified at any time.
