We’re looking for a highly analytical and creative

Creative Strategist

to lead ad ideation and performance-driven content direction. This role will be key in shaping winning ad angles, guiding production, and scaling high-performing creatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

creative briefs and ad angles

for video and design teams

Write and refine

high-converting ad copy

based on buyer persona insights

Direct

video production , including B-roll selection and script improvements

Act as the

strategic lead

for the creative team, providing clear direction and insights

Test, validate, and iterate on ad angles (e.g., knee joint, finger joint, hip joint)

Continuously optimize creatives based on

performance data and insights

Qualifications & Skills

Expert-level

copywriting skills

for direct response ads

Strong understanding of

buyer psychology and personas

Solid knowledge of

media buying and ad performance metrics

Experience in

video production direction

and content structuring

Ability to create and guide

static ad concepts

Highly

data-driven mindset

(decisions based on performance, not personal preference)
