Job Summary

We're looking for a

Senior PPC Manager

with deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms . This role goes beyond campaign management—you'll be responsible for

crafting high-performing ad copy, building full-funnel strategies, and driving measurable growth across multiple accounts .

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
Own performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies
Write high-converting ad copy across multiple formats and platforms
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and scale opportunities
Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and AgencyAnalytics
Collaborate with creative and account management teams
Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations directly to clients
Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative

Requirements

4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (required)
Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy
Strong experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency with tools such as:
AgencyAnalytics
Looker Studio
CallRail
Microsoft Clarity
Opteo
SEMrush
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
