We build one-of-a-kind custom pieces at the $1,500 to $10,000 price point. Every order is fully custom, certified VVS Moissanite, and indistinguishable from natural diamond jewelry.

The Role
We are looking for a full-time sales representative to join our fast-growing, high-performing sales team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the United States on Eastern Time only.

You will handle inbound leads exclusively. No cold outreach. Our job is to send you qualified interest and your job is to close it.

What You Will Do

Qualify and convert inbound leads into paying clients

Identify client needs and offer tailored custom jewelry solutions

Manage client relationships from first contact through deposit to PIF (paid in full)

Communicate IceCartel's brand values clearly and consistently

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

Solid background in sales, persuasion, and negotiation

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Self-driven, organized, and accountable to your numbers

Available on Eastern Time, including weekends (flexible schedule, you own it)

Based in the United States only

Big Bonus If You Have

Experience working with tools like Aircall, Intercom, and Shopify

Experience in the hip-hop or music industry

Experience selling jewelry or luxury goods
