3D Animator

Overview
We are looking for a skilled Animator (Blender) to support the production of episodic and long-form 3D animated content for a fast-growing digital entertainment series in the interactive gaming and virtual content space.

The role involves creating high-quality animations using Blender, working with pre-built or game-based assets, and helping bring engaging characters and environments to life for serialized storytelling content.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D animations using Blender

Work with existing character and environment assets for episodic content

Animate character performances, actions, and scenes based on scripts or storyboards

Ensure smooth, expressive, and narrative-driven animation sequences

Collaborate with creative leads to refine storytelling and pacing

Prepare animations for rendering and post-production workflows

Maintain consistency across episodes and evolving content formats

Support scaling of production into longer-form content

Qualifications

Strong experience in Blender (animation-focused workflow)

Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, motion, acting)

Experience working with pre-rigged or game-style 3D assets

Ability to interpret storyboards, scripts, or creative direction

Portfolio demonstrating character animation work

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative production environment

Nice to Have

Experience in game-inspired or real-time animation workflows

Familiarity with episodic storytelling or serialized content

Experience in lighting, rendering, or scene composition in Blender

Motion graphics or VFX background

Experience producing content for YouTube, streaming platforms, or social media
