About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and marketing xCures product capabilities to clearly defined Ideal Customer Profiles. You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure strong alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market execution.
Strategic Research

Conduct ongoing competitive research

and market analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive risks. Utilize this to inform product positioning and messaging.
Develop detailed buyer and user personas and journeys

based on research into customer needs, workflows, pain points, roles, and decision-making processes.
Gather and analyze customer feedback

to inform messaging, identify testimonials, highlight product strengths, and surface opportunities for product improvement.
Content Creation

Create clear, educational content

for marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and sales enablement assets tailored to specific buyer personas.
Manage event marketing activities,

including planning and participating in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Host product/feature-focused webinars

in collaboration with product, customer success, and sales teams.
Launch Products/Features

Define Ideal Customer Profiles

for new products and features based on market needs and customer workflows.
Clearly articulate product and feature definitions , value propositions, and primary use cases.
Develop positioning and differentiation

that aligns product capabilities with customer priorities and competitive context.
Provide input on pricing strategy and feature bundling i n partnership with leadership and sales.
Lead go-to-market planning for launches , including messaging, launch materials, internal enablement, and external communications.
Coordinate cross-functional launch execution

with product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent, successful product introduction and adoption to the market.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Develop sales tools and training materials,

including presentations, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides to support effective selling.
Work closely with the product team

to share customer insights and market feedback that inform roadmap planning and product direction.
Collaborate with digital marketing and brand team

to ensure campaigns such as email, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid programs use clear, persona-driven messaging.
Establish and develop strong relationships with key subject leaders , influencers in the industry, and strategic partners to mature brand visibility and credibility in the market.

A bachelor’s degree, with preference for technical, healthcare, or marketing-related fields.
5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing within fast-growth environments.
Experience working in the hub/speciality pharmacy market
Strong B2B healthcare writing skills with the ability to communicate use cases clearly and credibly.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
An upbeat, can-do mindset paired with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Bonus Points

Experience in labs/diagnostics
Experience in US telehealth or digital health.
Experience in sales
Location

This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Some travel is expected, approximately 6 to 8 times per year, for team meetings, customer research, and industry events.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $140,000 to $180,000
