Job Description
The Account Executive role has responsibility for daily client service, support and satisfaction while continuously learning our business and refining their skills. Client Service
Perform daily management of existingclientswhich includes listening to their needs and delivering solutions. This requires heavy phone,emailand online meetingtimesoyou’vegot to love connecting with clients as well as with the media.

Build andmaintainstrong relationships – internally, with the media/vendors and especially with your clients.

Ability to listen well and communicate articulately in a professional mannerwritten, telephone and in-person

Able to build andmaintainstrong relationships (internally and withclients)

Understand assigned client dynamics and requirements

Serve as client’s internal Shaker advocate, interacting with Shaker departments to coordinate all deliverable seamlessly

Prepare proposals and media recommendations as directed: conducting media research; talking to vendors; gathering options and pricing; organizing data for Client Management review and discussion

Prepare,processand fully execute all order types

Ensure client approvals are received prior to deadline

Create orders and manage through to final billing, ensuringa high levelof detail and accuracy

Submit relevant forms for all internal requests, providingaccurateand comprehensive scope detailsrequiredto receive the best possible client deliverable

Follow-up with departments to ensure requested deadlines are met

Assistin the preparation of presentations to clients as requested

Manage passwords and reporting for client contracts and ensuring reports are pulled ina timelyand detailed fashion as expected by the client

Become skilled at selling Shaker services

Effectively and efficiently scopeand closeprojects and campaigns

Developclient-specific strategies to meet client needs/expectations

Generateclient growth opportunities

Gain proficiency with: Programmatic, SEM/PPC/Sponsored Content,Social Mediaand Creative Services (EVP/Branding, campaign development, premium items and support materials, brochures), Interactive Services (Websites, landing pages, digital assets and more), technology solutions (ATS, CRM, Sourcing, and others) to help manage client initiatives within each core category

Build credibilityand trust withclients and co-workers across all departments

Manage workflow and activity across all team members

Attend all agency media/vendor presentations

Engage with media/vendors to understand product suites suited for specific client goals andobjectives

Prepare media recommendations and plans based on client scope (hiringobjectives, geography, budgets and more)

Present and review recommendations and alter as needed to achieve goals

Execute media plans, coordinating all assets (creative) and media agreements/orders

Track media performance against plan to ensuretimelyreporting and strategy changes that may berequired

Project Management
Act as liaison between client management and relevant departments to ensureobjectivesand timelines are met

Juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuringaccurateandtimelydelivery

Qualifications
Requirements
BA and ideally 1-3years of experience

Background in advertising, marketing, HR/talent acquisition

Agency experience preferred; recruitment-related a strong plus

Excellent communication/client-interaction skills both in person and via phone/electronic media

Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional follow-through

Knowledge of current talent-industry marketing and advertising trends/best practices

Demonstratedproficiencyin FileMaker, MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Teams), Excel andLinkedIn

Ability to perform research and campaign planning

Strong capacity and desire to grow, develop, and engage with clients

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
