Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant position located in Greenwood, IN. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will provide exceptional service by assisting clients in selecting fine jewelry pieces that celebrate their special moments. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with customers, guiding them through purchases, offering personalized recommendations, and sharing detailed product knowledge. You will also collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain an inviting and visually appealing showroom environment.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional interactions with clients

Proven experience in Retail Sales and Customer Experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals

Knowledge or interest in Jewelry Design and the ability to provide recommendations tailored to client preferences

A passion for luxury, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
