Job Summary
NinjaHoldings is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and deliver exceptional ROI.

The PPC Specialist will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and continuous optimization. You will work closely with our marketing and risk teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and will be expected to bring innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, possessing a deep understanding of PPC platforms, audience targeting, and campaign management. You will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the creativity to craft compelling creative that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and App Stores

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Optimize ad creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI

Monitor campaign performance, track all relevant KPIs, and generate reports on key metrics

Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, campaign strategies and landing pages

Collaborate internally to ensure cohesive compliance branding and messaging

Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and new tools to maintain a competitive edge in a hyper-competitive vertical

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably within the financial services sector, with a proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., increased ROI, reduced CPA)

Expertise in platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager supported by various certifications

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies

Strong background in optimizing campaigns for performance, including refining advanced bidding strategies, adjusting audience targeting, and improving ad placements

Deep understanding of CRO principles, with experience in A/B testing, multivariant testing, and optimizing customer journeys to increase conversions

Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively communicate with content creators, developers and compliance

Technical Skills (great to have or willingness to learn): Familiarity with basic coding or scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL for tasks like implementing tracking codes, creating and executing custom scripts, or advanced data manipulation.
