Overview
We are seeking a visionary
Head of Marketing
to craft the story of how Ethereum achieves institutional adoption. You will own the marketing function end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO, and drive strategy, narrative, and execution to position the organization as the bridge between Wall Street and Web3. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will set brand direction, orchestrate product launches, and amplify messaging across both institutional finance and crypto-native communities.

NYC preferred (Remote possible for exceptional US candidates)

Experience: 10+ years in marketing, brand, and GTM leadership
Compensation: Competitive base salary + equity

Responsibilities
Strategy & Narrative
Define narratives for two audiences: institutional finance and Web3 technologists
Elevate the parent brand and manage sub-brand strategies for upcoming products
Shape messaging that balances crypto innovation with institutional trust
Content & Social
Own social presence (Twitter, LinkedIn)
Build and scale content marketing (short-form, long-form, educational)
Manage external writers to expand output
Brand & Identity
Evolve branding and visual identity across products and channels
Ensure coherence across content, design, and messaging
Web & Messaging
Own website and digital messaging
Balance stakeholder needs across institutional and crypto audiences
Events & Ecosystem Engagement
Lead presence at industry events and conferences
Host community dinners and secure speaking engagements
Strengthen ties with the Ethereum community and rally support for institutional adoption
Go-to-Market & Launches
Orchestrate high-impact launches for upcoming products
Develop BD materials, sales collateral, and infrastructure positioning
Drive rollout of institutional platforms and protocols
Who You Are
The Bridge:
Deep understanding of both institutional finance and Ethereum/Web3; able to discuss settlement pain points with credit market agents and ZK-proofs/tokenization with crypto-natives
The Owner:
10+ years in marketing, brand, and GTM; led high-stakes launches; senior marketing leadership experience
The Aesthete:
Strong eye for design; able to build a brand that is cutting-edge yet trustworthy
The Executor:
Operates with speed and quality; willing to roll up sleeves; designs scalable systems
The Storyteller:
Exceptional writer and communicator; translates complex concepts into compelling narratives; strong editorial mindset for whitepapers, reports, and thought leadership
The Strategist:
Synthesizes inputs from product, BD, and executive sessions into effective marketing strategies
The Evangelist:
Passionate about Ethereum’s role in global finance; believes “if Ethereum wins, we win”
